I am now, "The Contractor's Wife."

No, I did not marry my father. I am fortunate enough to carry on the family business with the man I married 24 years ago. Greg is a wonderfully talented craftsman with the same hard work ethic and talent of my father. He is a builder with, "Tools in his toolbox." Greg knows how to get the job done right!

I grew up in Missouri watching my parent's build and sell homes. The things I observed taking naps as a toddler in the closets of the homes they built by hand have carried over into my adult life.

I am currently the Broker / Owner of Casa Buena Realty and Casa Buena Construction. I have been a Scottsdale resident for 30 years. I have been involved in Real Estate in Scottsdale for 23 years and I LOVE it! Most of the time.

I especially love working with buyers to help them find their next luxury home in any price range. I believe everyone's home should be luxurious. 10,000 sq ft is not luxury to everyone.

I deeply appreciate the relationships I have built with all types of clients Buyer, Sellers, Contractors, Agents, Lenders and Title Companies.

I currently have a second home in Pinetop Arizona and am a member of the White Mountain Country Club and White Mountain Assoc. of Realtors.

I am also very involved in Facebook, Trulia, and Twitter. These are the new wave of Real Estate tools to online marketing. I enjoy online communication with most of my clients and strive towards the paperless transaction!

I learned how to sell Real Estate with a big fat book and face to face communications and can adapt to any situation.
